This year, there is an option to include an overnight stay. B&B in double rooms sharing, entrance into the leisure facilities and infinity pool on the friday afternoon, and getting together on the friday evening for a casual buffet dinner.

– a wife and mum of two living in Dublin. My own healing journey started about 12 years ago through grief when I lost my mum suddenly. I was suffering with low self esteem and chronic back pain for more than 10 years prior to that. I was drawn to practicing meditation and having Reiki to soothe the overwhelming feeling of loss, and ease the physical and emotional pain.
I began to feel more positive and to accept myself and where I found myself on my own journey. Life took on a whole new meaning, seeing it as a gift and an opportunity to move forward and get to know myself to feel alive and step into the real me and follow my hearts desires. For as long as I can remember friends, family and colleagues have commented that they always felt very relaxed and calm in my presence, my gift is my capacity to put people at ease and intuitively tune into their innermost needs. I have always had a true desire and need to help others and work with people. In 2018 at 55 I set up my business and opened the doors to my healing studio working from home. Having completing 4 levels of Reiki training, studying therapeutic mindfulness, learning about essential oils and completing training in Aroma Touch Technique and Archangel Power Tarot cards.
I welcome my clients into a safe, cosy retreat to rest, reflect and release what no longer serves them. My holistic healing therapies, guided meditations, workshops and intuitive guidance opens up the space to go within to a place of inner peace and stillness for self healing to begin. This is so that you the client can come back into harmony and balance and begin to recognise and prioritize your own needs and desires.
