This year, there is an option to include an overnight stay. B&B in double rooms sharing, entrance into the leisure facilities and infinity pool on the friday afternoon, and getting together on the friday evening for a casual buffet dinner.

It was a wonderful day spent with 24 amazing women. In a beautiful location in Co Kildare surrounded by nature. I plan on making these an annual event. I hope in late October or early November this year to invite you to share another wonderful day at my ‘Awakening Your True Self Retreat’. Imagine arriving at a beautiful location, connecting with like minded heart centred women, having the full day just to yourself, to pause and reflect on where you find yourself now and on where you wish to be and feel about your life by the end of 2021. This day will include lovely food and refreshments a mindful walk in nature, guided meditation, personal development connecting in with your inner knowing and higher self, angel cards, guest speakers and so much more.
